Dear Stitchers, I was silent for a long time, and there is a reason for that. In these months I managed to open a little publishing house to publish my stories, fairy tales, essays and old legends that I gathered from old, unknown and no longer on sale books. This is a great dream for me, because as you know, I love to write, all my patterns are always accompanied with a story that tells about each design, and I know that this is the most important thing that I can give to the world. The first book will be officially published in some weeks, its title is “Le Vergini Fiorite” (The Flowered Maidens) and gathers together a lot of very old legends of flowers that was originated by ancient Goddesses, Fairies or Maidens, I love it! At the moment my books are all in Italian language… Maybe in the future I will ask to some good translator to translate them in English, I hope this will happen!
For this reason I have not designed for all these months, but now I’m finally back and I’m almost ready to present you three new summer patterns, all about our beloved mermaids and bees!
An ancient mermaid will bring you fortune – because this is precisely the kind of sirens that was represented on ancient monuments as a fortune and prosperity symbol – and two new patterns will enrich my Sacred Bee series! If you loved the ones I released during the past summers, I’m sure you will love also the new ones!

In questi mesi ho lavorato molto per aprire una piccola casa editrice per pubblicare le mie storie, fiabe, saggi e le antiche leggende che ho trovato e raccolto insieme da molti libri vecchi e non più in commercio da parecchi anni. Questo è per me un grande sogno perchè, come sapete, amo scrivere, tutti i miei schemi sono sempre accompagnati da una storia che racconta ogni disegno, e so che questa è per me la cosa più importante che posso dare al mondo. tornando agli schemi, questa è stata la ragione per cui non ho disegnato in questi ultimi mesi, ma ora sono finalmente tornata e tre nuovi schemi su sirene e api sono quasi pronti per essere presentati!
